Lube Technician- Timmins
Day Group's Timmins Division requires a reliable Lube Tech for work in a surface mining setting. The Lube Tech will be responsible for lubricating equipment and refilling equipment fluids.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A lube technician is expected to provide numerous different job tasks for our business.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of a variety of heavy equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
- Driving to and from various local job sites throughout the city to perform maintenance services
- other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid G License with a clean abstract
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment maintenance
- Surface Common Core an ASSET
- Work in all weather conditions and various locations
- Team player, ability to get along with a diverse group of people working towards a common goal
- Ability to work independently and self – motivated
- Wages commensurate with experience
