Administrative Assistant - Timmins
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with mechanics to select required parts accurately and efficiently
- Ability to take parts orders over the phone
- Open and closing purchase orders
- Ability to work in and maintain work order system
- Maintaining and organizing inventory levels of parts and supplies; shipping and receiving
- Build and maintain relationships with all vendors
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
- Working with Managers to ensure accuracy of service records and equipment costs
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skill
- Working with our accounts payable department and other duties are required
- Reception coverage as required and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Team work in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years in the parts industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of purchasing heavy equipment products is an asset
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Data entry accuracy required
- License and Abstract required
- Current CPIC
