Rock Truck Driver- Timmins
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Perform pre and post trip circle checks
- Maintain daily logs of truck usage, maintenance, etc.
- Knowledge of dumping and hauling procedures
- Knowledge of 30, 35, 60-tonne articulate/ rigid rock trucks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Identify, report and correct hazards
- Previous mining experience is an asset
- Preference for individuals experienced on multiple pieces of equipment
- Punctuality
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Team Player; able to get along with a diverse group of people working towards a common goal
- Must have a full G license with clean abstract
- Current criminal record check mandatory
- Surface Miner Common Core is an asset
Position:
- EXPERIENCED AND LOCAL PREFERRED *THIS NOT A CAMP POSITION-SHIFTS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY*
