Office Manager- Timmins
The Office Manager role includes a focus on the collection of project progress data to invoice customers and produce financial reports for on-going projects. As well as working collaboratively with office personnel to provide correct and timely reporting. This position reports directly to the Construction Management team.
A Office Manager must perform their tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision. The individual must be highly organized and detail-oriented, in addition to being able to work collaboratively with other departments

- Knowledge and expertise in using payment processing systems / customer billing and payment portals
Requirements:
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, or business administration, or engineering related study
- 2-5 years’ experience in a departmental role with project administration and accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and good understanding of MS Office Suite
- Experience in the industrial/mining industry is an asset.
Duties:
- New billing and project setup in the system according to contracts documents
- Preparing and organizing documentation necessary to issue invoices
- Communicating with customers via phone, email or in-person
- Identifying, preparing, and recording all billable activity within month-end time constraints
- Successfully resolving all billing-related client requests and inquiries
- Obtaining management sign-off on all billable activities
- Completing any client requested insurance and other related documents
- Delegate and manage office personnel duties and responsibilities
- Participate in project startup, kick off, and progress.
